My sales rep showed me many options I had, I went to the dealership with a friend that’s as getting her car, and the dealer told me I should give it a try. I responded and said no, because I knew I didn’t have the best of credit. However he insisted, so I gave it a shot. And walked out with a vehicle in my name. It was a great experience for me, everything happened so fast and in order. More

Long time waiting for ??? Pricing was about the only good thing I can say. My brother-in-law and I spent an Entire Afternoon sitting around waiting for the dealership to make a Pricing was about the only good thing I can say. My brother-in-law and I spent an Entire Afternoon sitting around waiting for the dealership to make an offer/counteroffer. I don't know what the problem was. (We visited a Chevy dealer prior to KIA, and we had a firm offer in 5 minutes). Then they asked us if we could take delivery on the spot. Well, the "Spot" is probably what took so long. The car had to be prepped and State Inspected, which I suppose took hours to complete. When finally delivered, the radio was not working, which meant another delay of 10 minutes. It was early in the month, so I really don't know why the pushed to deliver the car the same day. If they knew how long it would take to prep the car, why not suggest we go home and return later? More

Only issue was that I didn't get a loaner car, but Amanda drove me to the Palisades Mall while I waited. I was able to complete several errands in the meantime. This is a very friendly dealership.
