Do not go to and avoid this dealer. Do not have cars they advertise even though they will send you a confirmation email stating the car is available for you to come and look at. Even tried to speak to a manager and he was not willing to speak with me and i was asked to leave the dealership.. This is after driving over 30 minutes to them to see the car they said and confirmed they had available. Very dishonest, bait and switch, and a very weak manager that just hides in his office. Please save your time and go elsewhere. Much better deals, cars, and people to work with at other car dealerships. And one star is actually to many for this one. More

Wonderful experience Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I got a chance to pretty much interact with everyone, even the representatives that were not assisting me. My sales rep showed me many options I had, I went to the dealership with a friend that’s as getting her car, and the dealer told me I should give it a try. I responded and said no, because I knew I didn’t have the best of credit. However he insisted, so I gave it a shot. And walked out with a vehicle in my name. It was a great experience for me, everything happened so fast and in order. More

Long time waiting for ??? Pricing was about the only good thing I can say. My brother-in-law and I spent an Entire Afternoon sitting around waiting for the dealership to make a Pricing was about the only good thing I can say. My brother-in-law and I spent an Entire Afternoon sitting around waiting for the dealership to make an offer/counteroffer. I don't know what the problem was. (We visited a Chevy dealer prior to KIA, and we had a firm offer in 5 minutes). Then they asked us if we could take delivery on the spot. Well, the "Spot" is probably what took so long. The car had to be prepped and State Inspected, which I suppose took hours to complete. When finally delivered, the radio was not working, which meant another delay of 10 minutes. It was early in the month, so I really don't know why the pushed to deliver the car the same day. If they knew how long it would take to prep the car, why not suggest we go home and return later? More
