Bought three cars from this dealer. NEVER AGAIN. I bought three cars from this dealer. This past May 2018 we bought a Kia Forte. This was the worst experience that I have ever encountered with any d I bought three cars from this dealer. This past May 2018 we bought a Kia Forte. This was the worst experience that I have ever encountered with any dealership. The General manager and finance manager BOTH refused to return telephone calls. When they wanted our business they were on the phone with us all the time. However, there were several issues that we had with the 2015 Kia Forte Koupe. The general manager refused to return the phone calls that my daughter had to personally go there and when there they assured her the matter would be resolved the following Monday. Monday came and went and still the financial manager refused to call Kia and address several outstanding matters. I will never purchase another Kia at all. And further, I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. At one time this dealer had an outstanding crew. That crew all left. The owner has hired a derelict work force now. Stay away. Go elsewhere. More

Do not go to and avoid this dealer. Do not have cars they advertise even though they will send you a confirmation email stating the car is available for you to come and look at. Even tried to speak to a manager and he was not willing to speak with me and i was asked to leave the dealership.. This is after driving over 30 minutes to them to see the car they said and confirmed they had available. Very dishonest, bait and switch, and a very weak manager that just hides in his office. Please save your time and go elsewhere. Much better deals, cars, and people to work with at other car dealerships. And one star is actually to many for this one. More
