It was the negotiated to $200 +2 complementary oil changes along with the two complementary at the time of the purchase. Still waiting for one never received anything in writing. I sent a email to the general manager for which he didn’t even have the decency to get back to me but have a manager get back to me for when she did she accused us of being liars where we were not told of the complementary oil changes which I still don’t have if you deal with this dealership, please make sure you get everything in writing More

I bought a Brand new Kia Sorrento lost all power after 30 days. After back and forth with dealer, 6 months later I had to contact the BBB and they contacted corporate who resolved the issue “slowly.” Never b days.
