Scheduled Maintenance was Expensive I had 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance done on my 2016 Kia Soul. Setting up an appointment via phone was pretty easy. They allow you to reques I had 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance done on my 2016 Kia Soul. Setting up an appointment via phone was pretty easy. They allow you to request an appointment via their website. The service department does not stay open late; the latest appointment they were willing to make was at 2:30. The maintenance cost over $300 to replace windshield wipers, change the oil, and replace some filters. I do not have any experience with any other Kia dealers; so, I am not able to say whether Kia of West Nyack is better or worse than average. I answered "No" to the question "Would you recommend this service center?" because this DealerRater site requires you to make a selection. But the truth is that I don't know if I would recommend them or not. More
Review of Kia of West Nyack The dealership had a vehicle listed on their website for $9,998 as the final price but when I went to the dealership their was another $1,900 of deal The dealership had a vehicle listed on their website for $9,998 as the final price but when I went to the dealership their was another $1,900 of dealership prep fees on the vehicle which didn’t include floor matts to the vehicle and the $,1900 was added onto the final price of the vehicle on the bill of sales and the dealer prep was not disclosed. Also it took about 6 plus hours of me being at the dealership to buy the car. I feel that when you list a vehicle as a final price all of the dealer prep fees should have been listed. I feel it’s kind of shady to do it the way the dealership wrote up the sale of the vehicle. I will not be back at this dealership and would not recommend them. 1 positive note Elie the person helping me was a nice guy. More
A lease return was damaged & stolen I leased a 2014’Sorrento. The ownership was different (just as slimy). The Sorrento was returned early for a new 2017 Sportage. The car was moved from lot to lot and never returned to Kia. A employee had an accident and the bill was never paid to the body shop. He went to State court and the car was awarded to him for SCRAP!! The dealership states he has no responsibility even though it was his employee driving the truck. I’VE CALLED AND VISTED THIS DEALERSHIP MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. BOB NEVER HAD THE GUTS TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE WITH ME FACE TO FACE. NOW A RETURNED CAR THAT WAS PAID IN FULL IS ON MY CREDIT REPORT FOR $20++ because the dealership never returned the car to Kia or paid their bill to the body shop. The Srate is involved and I’ll five Bob until the end of the month to contact me or my attorneys will seek damages. STAY AWAY FROM THE THIEVES AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Nick the finance manager does not no anything he’s doing as well. Do not make the same mistake I did by going to this dealership, it is a very shady dealership with very shady workers. More
