Good People and Good Service No Complaints Here. I searched car gurus for almost 2 weeks before I found a great deal on a used mini van here at Kia of West Nyack. It took me almost 8 1/2 hours to dr I searched car gurus for almost 2 weeks before I found a great deal on a used mini van here at Kia of West Nyack. It took me almost 8 1/2 hours to drive here through the night from Ohio, but when I arrived Yousef and Ali greeted me with a cup of coffee and a smile. Everyone at Kia of West Nyack was very professional and courteous and helped to make my buying experience as painless as possible and I even left with a flat screen tv since they were having a promotion that day! More

Disgraceful Management I handed Shane $3000.00 in cash bc he said the account manager had to see it in order to move forward w the paperwork. Bc the higher ups were in a mee I handed Shane $3000.00 in cash bc he said the account manager had to see it in order to move forward w the paperwork. Bc the higher ups were in a meeting Shane could not secure the money in the vault that was in that room so he put it in his pocket and left to go out to lunch. His colleagues all told me that he left w the money and apologized. Everyone called him but he kept saying he’d be back in 10 minutes. The receptionist told me to call the police. He returned after almost and hour, pretended nothing was amiss, hid around the corner to remove the money from his pocket and claimed he got it from the vault. When he saw how upset I was he smugly dismissed it until I told him he was a condescending, unprofessional xxxxx. He phoned me the following day and began the conversation, “this is the guy you cursed out yesterday,” continued to deny what he had done and managed an apology cleared pressed upon him by his own boss. The incompetence in that place is unbelievable. I was there for 8 hours while 3 men wandered about doing nothing. I went to another dealership a few days later and drove off the lot in the car I wanted. A woman handled it which is no surprise. Shane is a chauvinistic,unprofessional, ignorant moron who’s colleagues clearly don’t respect him bc they were so eager to report to me that he had left w $3000.00 of cash and to call the police on him. So quick and easy! I was there for my first NYS Inspection for my 2018 Kia Niro. I was told it would take 30 minutes and it did. From the minute I pulled in until paperw I was there for my first NYS Inspection for my 2018 Kia Niro. I was told it would take 30 minutes and it did. From the minute I pulled in until paperwork was finalized and I was escorted out by April, no more than 30 minutes had passed. The service area and ladies' bathroom were very clean. Excellent experience all around! More
