More trouble than its worth I purchased a Kia out of state and purchased a full bumper to bumper warranty. I made sure I would be able to have work done at any kia. We scheduled the apt took the car in, they did a diagnostic and then said you have to take it back to who you got it from b/c your warranty says take it to the seller. So we have to drive all the way back just to where we got it to get it serviced. To find out that Kia of WN should have done the work it states to bring it to the seller or call the number to find a local kia dealer. So today we went to Kia of WN to get the NYS Inspection b/c our registration had just come in. Now they knew they had just worked on the car that previous week. Well it failed inspection b/c there were not enough miles on it to reset the computer. So they charged me for the inspection anyway. They should have said hey it wont pass since you just had a system check.. So now I have to go back and pay yet again for a second inspection.. So frustrating.. More

Too expensive and too lobg Waited almost three weeks for a replacement key. I called and yes they have it in but then a day later no it’s not in. Could only work with one guy - Waited almost three weeks for a replacement key. I called and yes they have it in but then a day later no it’s not in. Could only work with one guy - no one else knows what’s going on??? Took an hour and $400 for a key. Ridiculous. More

Not a great experience Lets start with the good. Nick F was a great sales person. Was attentive to what we were looking for, worked with us through the process, and was ne Lets start with the good. Nick F was a great sales person. Was attentive to what we were looking for, worked with us through the process, and was never once pushy. Now the not so good. We came in at 5:00 pm to pick up the vehicle. We had to make a slight change to add someone to the lease agreement. Almost 4 hours later we finally drove off in the car. No excuse for that. There were not many people there at the time. Working with the finance person took forever! Each time he came over and said it would take 5 minutes, about 45 minutes would go by. We were not kept in the loop on why it was taking so long. While Nick did ask if we needed anything, not even the Sales Manager came over. We should not have been made to wait that long, especially since my fiance is pregnant as well. To top it off, we didn't even get a full tank of gas. Was told the gas station ran out and we would have to drive back and have a sales person take it to fill it up. We should have been given a voucher to use near us for a gas station. We are not going to waste miles to drive there (20 min away) for them to fill out tank. We have no incentive in 39 months to lease again with them or even use there service department. As new customers they could have done a lot more. More
