Every person in the Dealership was impressive in their own . Kristian,Adnan,Carla,The Parts Manager,Mechanics,Sales People and Staff.Yes,you could put a finger on their pulse and they are incredible people,one a Kristian,Adnan,Carla,The Parts Manager,Mechanics,Sales People and Staff.Yes,you could put a finger on their pulse and they are incredible people,one and all.I cannot say enough about them.The car is amazing ,it"s used and a Dodge,2007 Caliber.For what i paid I am very happy.The Sales people bent over backwards to please me.I am ecstatic about the whole experience.I was a Marine Corp. She showed me the vehicles I was wanted to see in addition to a few others. I made my decision and was very pleased to drive away in the vehicle of my choice. The gentleman in the finance department the worked through finalizing the deal was very helpful and worked through things as quickly and as smoothly as possible. The only issue I had with this experience was the time it took the billing department to complete the DMV portion of the transaction which seem to take an excessively long time. More

No they treated me with Royalty with who I am.. By Saturday March 2, 2019 I drove out of the dealership with new plates, I had my insurance everything in one swoop! I was so pleased and felt blessed by such a surprise.. I highly recommend this dealership hands down! More

Scam Dealership Through and Through I found a well priced Kia Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle for sale at this dealership online. However, I live 4.5 hours away so I decided to call the dea I found a well priced Kia Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle for sale at this dealership online. However, I live 4.5 hours away so I decided to call the dealership before I made the drive to buy the car for my daughter. First, I was assured that the vehicle had no interior or exterior cosmetics issues, and I was assured that the tires and brakes passed the Kia Certified Pre-Owned requirements. Then I asked how much they planned to charge me in fake "dealership, management, or process" fees. This is when I should have ran away. This dealership posts deceptively low prices online to lure customers in so that they can charge them a $1,300 "dealership" fee. Now, most dealership do charge some kind of xxxxxxxx fee like this but its typically only $250, maybe $500 if they're real greedy. For some reason, I haggled instead of running and they eventually agreed to reduce their fake fee to $600. I still thought the fee was too much but the car seemed like it was a still a decent deal so I made the 4.5 hour trip. When I arrived, they expected me to buy the car without even looking at it. Of course, I insisted on seeing the car first and found the car in the back. I first noticed that they lied about its condition because the car had dings, scratches, and stains on the seats. However, they were minor so I decided to look past it since I just drove so far. Then I noticed the tires, especially the rear tire tread because it was almost to the tread bars. When I tried to say the tires did not meet the specifications required to be a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, the very rude manager came over and tried to be intimidating (it was funny). I guess its his "hard sale" tactic. He insisted that the tires met the minimum specs of 5/32, but refused to get a tire tread gauge to show me and refused to replace the rear tires. Of course, they knew that they already lured me in from 4.5 hours away and that I had to find a car for my daughter that day, so I regrettably purchased the car. When I got home, I checked the tires and the rear tires were at 2/32 and the front tires were at 4/32. For reference, a new tire is typically 10/32 or higher. Nick Faust was nice enough and I have no problems with him. More
