Charged for Warranty I am not sure where the problem lies, if it is with the Dealer or Kia but I brought my car in for a warranty problem. They duplicated it on the morni I am not sure where the problem lies, if it is with the Dealer or Kia but I brought my car in for a warranty problem. They duplicated it on the morning it came in but then were unable to duplicate it again. Since in there eyes the problem went away I had to pay for a service visit. But why is it my fault if you SAW the issue and then it went away that there is no problem. You know it exists as you saw it. I do not think I should have been responsible for the charge, not very fair. To the point my customer service rep April was wonderful and was more than helpful. More

Throughout the experience, EVERYTHING I questioned (and I questioned alot) was dealt with quickly & with a positive outcome. Brett was our sales person... He did a great job, my only critisism would be that he should have been trained better in the details/paperwork of a sale. Keith, the finance guy was spread thin on a busy Saturday, did his job well, BUT I would have appreciated the option of coming back the next day to finish up instead of being there past closing (my time is valuable to me). Jason, the sales manager was really great, in that the little things listed above were made right/compensated for. He knows how to squelsch potential sitiuations quickly & effectively. Even within the following week of purchase, (planned) encounters the service people were great experiences. Professional, clean, accommadating. I am VERY picky about service centers, and Kia "passed the test" with flying colors. THANK YOU KIA OF WEST NYACK More
