A poor experience to start Original salesman (horrible), he wasi nexperienced with sales. Asked to stop at the bank for him, during test ride. She said well, with the coupon it will be well below that. My bill was a little bit over what I came with. I said why is this bill above by so much when you told me it would be under $60.00? Well, your car required a more expensive air filter. Is it a $40.00 air filter? I have bought air filters myself and I don't think I have ever seen a $40.00 air filter.. I want to change my stars to 3. I just read my bill. I think she just forgot about the labor cost. I could have just had an oil change. It says I requested tire rotation, but when I called to make an appointment that was suggested to me. By the way, the air filter was $7.90. It's a questionable visit. More

Overall Good I ended up leasing a 2019 Kia Sorento from West Nyack. Salesman Dave was great. Overall, it was hectic trying to schedule new car pickup.
