the worst customer service ever!!!! i arrived at your dealership at 10:15 am after taking the car out for a test drive my sales person directed my to the finance person Ruben. I was on y i arrived at your dealership at 10:15 am after taking the car out for a test drive my sales person directed my to the finance person Ruben. I was on your web site for the last several weeks looking at the car i wanted to buy it was a 2015 GMC acadia it showed a price of $20,000 ( which after i took ownership of was still shown as avail on your web site for a lower price, i will get to that in a moment ) Ruben came to the table with a price of the car which was $4,000 more than the web price. On your web site there was a option to lock in the price, which i did. I also used your " value my trade" which Ruben came to me with a very low ball offer of $500. I said please give me back my title and i will leave as we are clearly on two different pages. He refused and asked if we can come to a point of price. we came to a price however the only way to get that price was to use your dealerships financing or the price would be $500. more. a tactic not used by any other local dealership. I stated at 10:45 am that i can have a certified banck check here in 30 min i just need to know the cash price. After 2.5 hours!!!! i said i need to leave to make sure my bank has time to write out a check so i can leave with the car today. I came back at 2:30 pm and handed a bank check for the full amount of the car plus tax and DMV fees. after waiting anothe 2 hours at 4:35 dealer plates were put on my car, which i said i need a temp registration so i can use the car for my side job as i drive for UBER. Ruben said i can drive with dealer plates where i said no i cant please dont tell me what i can and cant not do when it comes to my job and what is needed for the car i will use. I was charged over $375 for DMV fees and a down payment and i could not leave with a temporary tags??? i was told there was a problem with the title ?????? who would sell a car at a dealership if they dont have the title??? This is the reason for the delay and i had to return to the dealership the next day. Ruben said i could get floor mats for my trouble which was never given. The car was not cleaned it was not washed or waxed. it was not vacuumed it was in the same condition as i text drove at 10 am. the oil change was not done. where is the level of service i have received at other Kia dealerships like prestige in Tenafly NJ ??? i will never go to that dealership for the rest of my life. why was i charged over $375 for DMV fees when it took myself to come back to get something i should have left with the day i drove off the lot. More

NEED A PEACEFUL CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE? LOOK NO FURTHER I came in this morning for my appointment and in no time my guy was here greeting me. I allready had in mind what i was looking for and how much,I sat with Alfred Millington and explained what i was looking for .Mr. Millington listen to every word i said with attention and got me right to the vehicle i wanted.He was honest ,gave me price break down right up front and didnt try to push for anything i wasn't looking for.I then met Ruben Rosales,another gentleman right from the start..These to gentlemen were extremely curtious and polite,listened well to any concerns and answered all of my questions professionally. Best of all i didn't have to deal with any pesky dealers trying to push the world on you. I thank the world these two gentlemen where here to assist me I have to add on to my experience at this dealer ship now and it is not pleasant anymore .after all is said and done there is an error of an overpayment and the two that I have mentioned earlier in this review have lost all and any praise I have given them. I contacted them numerous times to have the matter corrected and I'm getting brushed off.no follow up in any timely matter.even when i walk into the dealer ship.i had to finally reach out to corporate to log a formal complaint.beware and make sure your numbers are correct before signing anything.they do not get back to you. Also their front desk receptionist needs a lot of work.what ever her name is at the front desk she is not a customer friendly person. I witnessed her talk down to other people on the floor staff as if they were children.not pleasant to hear as a customer standing around. More
