You are unable to find my contact information what a bunch of Bull I was called by you personally last week and you did call me back with a response. I’m waiting over a week for you to get me some documentation from the correct dealership. How can you lose a customers contact information I seriously believe this dealership is run by a bunch of idiots and are just scamming people until they get caught. You did a bait and switch on my car and as far as I’m concerned it’s FRAUD. NOBODY SHOULD EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

My initial complaint to Kia of West Nyack was made on 9/12/19 as of today 9/29/19 I still have not received any kind of correspondence or corrective action from this dealership. This facility is run by total IDIOTS who don’t care about there customers they just care about numbers. I was told I was going to receive documents from the West Nyack Kia Dealership not from a Jeep dealership in Eastchester that I don’t know anything about. Then I am told they lost my contact information which makes me feel like they threw it away, really you lost my information well your customer service people are just as bad as the rest of the employees. I wouldn’t recommend anybody ever go here to buy a car first they will do a bait and switch on the vehicle and then you will receive documents from another dealership that You have never heard of and then the icing on the cake is they lose your contact information. This whole situation is FRAUD and this facility should be Closed.
