I worked with Vincent who treated me as a valued customer. He kept me informed of the progress and advised me when the engine was received and an estimate of days to have the car ready. Car was ready in less time than originally anticipated and Vincent went the extra step to have the car washed and cleaned inside and out making it look like a brand new car. More

Kia of West Nyack overall Rating The dealership had only one finance manager to help us and it took a week to hear back from them after constant calls to see what the status is. When The dealership had only one finance manager to help us and it took a week to hear back from them after constant calls to see what the status is. When we finally went in to make the deal, the time spent there was excessive. After signing the paperwork and purchasing the car we wanted, we noticed s crack in the windshield. We spoke to them about this crack that was spreading and no one got back to us to help s fix the windshield and we went through out insurance even though it was not our responsibility. Also my husband told them that the rear brakes and rotors were badly grooved and needed replacing and they never replaced them. The dealership doesn’t care about used cars as much as they do the new ones for buying or leasing and as a paying customer who paid enough for a used car they should have accommodated us when we voiced our concerns!! I don’t think we will be returning to this dealership in the future! The finance manager is very courteous and needs a raise!!! More

While their service department was good, under the new ownership this current service department seems to be top notch. The front end seems to be very personable and willing to answer every question without beating around the bush. Very glad of this change. The fall back is that you hope that you do not have to see them again. More

Didn't address issue I brought it in for I don't typically respond to review requests, but this place was bad. I set the bar low for Kia service generally, but as noted they didn't address the brake issue I brought my Stinger GT1 in for (pulsating brakes). They never drove the car. They just (apparently) looked at the pads and thought they were okay. Also had an oil change and (supposedly) a multi point inspection. No written or video report was given for the inspection so I don't know if it was actually done. I called twice to complain post the service and was promised a supervisor would call me back. That never happened. I'd like a refund More
