Didn’t rotate tires I paid for a 15,000 service as well as several other add ons and noticed the next day the tires had not been rotated. When I brought it back the staff had no problem rotating them and were externally polite and apologetic. My problem is the fact this was missed caused me to have to take more unpaid time away from work and doesn’t make me feel confident that other services I paid for (and aren’t as easy to check) we’re completed. Recall Warranty Work - Service and communication was great Through a recall, my 2013 Kia Optima required a new engine that would require several weeks to obtain the factory engine and install it. I worked with Through a recall, my 2013 Kia Optima required a new engine that would require several weeks to obtain the factory engine and install it. I worked with Vincent who treated me as a valued customer. He kept me informed of the progress and advised me when the engine was received and an estimate of days to have the car ready. Car was ready in less time than originally anticipated and Vincent went the extra step to have the car washed and cleaned inside and out making it look like a brand new car. More

Kia of West Nyack overall Rating The dealership had only one finance manager to help us and it took a week to hear back from them after constant calls to see what the status is. When The dealership had only one finance manager to help us and it took a week to hear back from them after constant calls to see what the status is. When we finally went in to make the deal, the time spent there was excessive. After signing the paperwork and purchasing the car we wanted, we noticed s crack in the windshield. We spoke to them about this crack that was spreading and no one got back to us to help s fix the windshield and we went through out insurance even though it was not our responsibility. Also my husband told them that the rear brakes and rotors were badly grooved and needed replacing and they never replaced them. The dealership doesn’t care about used cars as much as they do the new ones for buying or leasing and as a paying customer who paid enough for a used car they should have accommodated us when we voiced our concerns!! I don’t think we will be returning to this dealership in the future! The finance manager is very courteous and needs a raise!!! More

Service appointment to replace passenger side seat air blowe Initially the responsiveness of the service team was challenging, I had been disconnected 3 times when trying to see if my car was ready for pick up. I spoke with Kathy and she was able to get an update for me quickly. I care to pick up the car and was greeted my Vinny who was responsive and friendly. Without my involvement with Kathy and Vinny I would not have had a good experience. More
