Came one night and made the deal even it was almost 3 hours and left a deposit to return the next evening j I am a seasoned and reasonable car buyer. Came one night and made the deal even it was almost 3 hours and left a deposit to return the next evening just for the paperwork. Next evening, I waited for hours, then they tried to change the deal on me. Then the promise of having the vehicle delivered that night was broken. Promised next day only to find out the person responsible was not in. I had to follow up and a few phone calls. Also asked to make sure on multiple occasions to include certain items that were supposed be to be in the car. Was not. Had to follow up again for another week. Worst experience I've had in buying 10 cars in my life More

Engine Trouble The engine in my 2015 Sportage died. Kia was very helpful, guiding me to get a tow truck to pick it up and bring it to them. The sales rep Zaheir was very thoughtful and patient, answering any questions I had. Nobody was overly aggressive in pushing me into a sale. The Optima pretty much sold itself in how comfortable the test drive experience was. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
