Unnecessary Services Recommended Technician recommended services (including Coolant Flush among other things) which had been completed several months prior and within 5k miles of this Technician recommended services (including Coolant Flush among other things) which had been completed several months prior and within 5k miles of this visit. I do not know if the technician was just mistaken or other motivation, but in my estimation he should not be making recommendations without checking records which would have shown that the services had been completed relatively recently. On the other hand, Advisor was friendly and professional and rectified the situation. More

Great service from Vincent and Ruben. I used to get my vehicle serviced at Tenafly Kia until they closed. I found out where Ruben Negron, the service manager, was transferred to and deci I used to get my vehicle serviced at Tenafly Kia until they closed. I found out where Ruben Negron, the service manager, was transferred to and decided I take the trip to get my car serviced there. I have had such horror stories with servicing my car at other dealerships that, for me, it is worth the 40 minutes drive to have peace of mind. My service advisor at Nyack Kia was Vincent. Vincent was great and took excellent care of me and my car. I will return for future service. More

Very nice staff but poor organization. People are friendly. Badly organized. Leased a car with 25 miles on it. After I waited 3 hours for the inspection it had over 100 miles on it.
