Then in finance room everything changes want to charge 4k on top of what was quoted and say gap insurance isn't included. Mentions that the sales person needs to take compliance class. They were so quick to have me transfer insurance and take tags off my trade in and do all the work up front so they could slip this in at the end making it almost impossible to back out. Salesperson played it up like he was confused. Total xxxxxxxx. I won't be back. I already told Jack Daniels Kia they will be getting my business in the future when I go for trade in etc. I saw More

I do not know if the technician was just mistaken or other motivation, but in my estimation he should not be making recommendations without checking records which would have shown that the services had been completed relatively recently. I have had such horror stories with servicing my car at other dealerships that, for me, it is worth the 40 minutes drive to have peace of mind. My service advisor at Nyack Kia was Vincent.
