Leticia and Tristen were great to work with! I had an appointment to buy a car which was confirmed to be present. However the first person we saw told us that the car was not at the dealership an I had an appointment to buy a car which was confirmed to be present. However the first person we saw told us that the car was not at the dealership and that we would have to bid against another buyer if we wanted it. Poor sales experience We came in seeking a 2020 Telluride. We test drove and ordered the car we wanted. We made a deposit. We were told it would arrive in the next week or We came in seeking a 2020 Telluride. We test drove and ordered the car we wanted. We made a deposit. We were told it would arrive in the next week or so. Weeks passed, no car. hen, they suggested we get a different car instead.Multiple calls, no car. Numerous requests to speak with a manager. No return call. T I've cancelled the order and requested my deposit back. I've been told repeatedly it will be return. It has yet to be, and I've now called American Express, who's getting involved. We end up buying a new car somewhere else. But I'm still out my deposit until they get their butts in gear. Terrible experience and a waste of time. More
