Poor sales experience We came in seeking a 2020 Telluride. We test drove and ordered the car we wanted. We made a deposit. We were told it would arrive in the next week or so. Weeks passed, no car. hen, they suggested we get a different car instead.Multiple calls, no car. Numerous requests to speak with a manager. No return call. T I've cancelled the order and requested my deposit back. I've been told repeatedly it will be return. It has yet to be, and I've now called American Express, who's getting involved. We end up buying a new car somewhere else. But I'm still out my deposit until they get their butts in gear. Terrible experience and a waste of time. More

Scam Artists The sales person said everything was included in the #, taxes/tag/tittle/dealer fee and by law gap insurance. Then in finance room everything changes The sales person said everything was included in the #, taxes/tag/tittle/dealer fee and by law gap insurance. Then in finance room everything changes want to charge 4k on top of what was quoted and say gap insurance isn't included. Mentions that the sales person needs to take compliance class. They were so quick to have me transfer insurance and take tags off my trade in and do all the work up front so they could slip this in at the end making it almost impossible to back out. Salesperson played it up like he was confused. Total xxxxxxxx. I won't be back. I already told Jack Daniels Kia they will be getting my business in the future when I go for trade in etc. I saw More
