I HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS! That being said, I have met one that just changed my mind, Kia of West Nyack. I placed an advertisement for my car on marketplace Tuesday. Tuesday evening Walter reaches out to me f that just changed my mind, Kia of West Nyack. I placed an advertisement for my car on marketplace Tuesday. Tuesday evening Walter reaches out to me from this dealership. After searching the VIN number and inspecting the photos I provided he made me an offer. I was hesitant because of my dealerphobia but he assured me how the transaction would take place. They are an hour and fifteen minutes from my home so all I could think was when I get there they are going to lowball me because of miniscule details. He assured me they would honor the price. I drove up there today, signed a few papers, removed my personal items, received a certified check and walked out the door in about 45 minutes. They checked every customer service box and then some. If anyone is interested in a Kia or any of their used vehicles I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kia of Nyack and its team especially Walter and General manager Adonai McCormack. More
