"Excellent" is an understatement I will start off by saying, this was my first time ever buying a brand new car/buying from a dealership. And I mean it when I say that it was the best I will start off by saying, this was my first time ever buying a brand new car/buying from a dealership. And I mean it when I say that it was the best,most hassle free experience EVER! Today, July 1, 2014, I bought a 2014 Kia Forte Ex. Morgan was such a pleasure to work with. Ever since I contacted this dealership and explained that I was interested in buying a new car, Morgan has stayed in constant contact with me. I had originally went to look at a Kia Optima but ended up test driving the Forte and I tell you, I fell in love. After test driving the Forte, I told Morgan I loved it and she went above and beyond to make sure I got it! I work in retail and have years experience in customer service, knowing what my customers expect from me, it means a lot to me to be treated the same .. With that being said it is safe to say that the service I received from this dealership was phenomenal. Two thumbs up! It took some time but Morgan, Jay and Chris all worked with me on every level. Everything was explained to me thoroughly from monthly payments to my warranty including what would be covered and what wouldn't. I am forever grateful for them making it happen. Because of them I was able to drive away with a smile on my face. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat. More
Awesome experience!!! We bought a 2014 optima on Friday June 27th and had a great experience. We worked with Shaun & Chris and they were wonderful! They were both very professional but personable to our situation at the same time! They were able to help us find the car we loved and didn't let us leave until we were convinced to sign papers. Chris did everything he could with numbers to get us out the door with the price we didn't want to exceed. We had went to other dealerships in the area and no one was willing to budge on numbers and they were no where near as friendly and willing to help. Even the general manager of the location introduced himself to us and congratulated us! Overall awesome experience !!! More
The absolute worst dealership in Southern M I would NEVER recommend this shady dealership to anyone. I purchased a CPO vehicle Jan 2013. My a/c had issues starting in March 2013. Then in Septemb I would NEVER recommend this shady dealership to anyone. I purchased a CPO vehicle Jan 2013. My a/c had issues starting in March 2013. Then in September 2013 it went out completely. I finally brought the vehicle back in May 2014 for the same issue. Again they recharged the a/c. Today I went back because of the same problem and they refused to cover under warranty saying it has a hole in the compressor from a rock and it's not a warranty issue! Also, they never input my info for a certified preownvehicle and still giving me a run around. They're rude and shady! More

The General Manager was the problem after the others I dealt with. He wouldn't fix the sensor they promised to fix. I have the written agreement. He claim the 30 day warranty was over. Sure it's pass the 30 days but I never received a call from them and I made several attempts to contact them. They always gave me "the we will call you". Now that it's been 2 months they telling me I need to go to Volvo because they tried to fix it. Sales tell me one thing and service tell me another. Then the General Manager just told me flat out he's not going to fix it! I will be seeking legal advice with my documentation. I am a Federal Police Officer and I know that this is totally wrong and unfair practice! I only give stars for Morgan the sales person. This issue went above her level! More
My husband and I recently helped our daughter purchase a car and found all people at this dealership a pleasure to work with. We had most contact with the General Manager, Jay Wedick, and with our sales rep car and found all people at this dealership a pleasure to work with. We had most contact with the General Manager, Jay Wedick, and with our sales representative, Mike Austin. Both gentlemen addressed my 23 year old daughter with a lot of sensistivity and respect. We appreciated that and it made the entire experience of purchasing her first car such a happy one. We went to six other dealerships to compare cars of similar size including another Kia dealership in Virginia. Kia of Waldorf stood out as best with regard to stating all necessary information clearly, as well as pricing for the car, getting the color of car my daughter preferred and treating us so well. We purchased the Forte EX in Waldorf and would not hesitate to come back to this dealership for another car. They were candid, gave us a great deal, and very nice to work with. Mike came in on his day off to accomodate the work schedule of all of us. Both times we came to the dealership to consider purchasing this car for her, Mike and Jay could not have been easier to work with. More
Working with the sales department at this dealer has been the WORST experience ever. It went sour almost immediately. It was late when we came in to look at the car. So an interest rate was written on a the WORST experience ever. It went sour almost immediately. It was late when we came in to look at the car. So an interest rate was written on a piece of paper and I was promised the rate.(They did do a credit check and all that good stuff)They told me to take the car overnight (the banks were closed)and they PROMISED that when I came back the next day they would have the paperwork ready with THAT rate. I came back the next day and they could not get that rate. I had already traded my car in and drove the car home so of course I didn't want to take my car back and leave (now I'm wishing I just would have). So they told me to call my bank to see what rate I could get. My bank gave me an outrageous rate. They did end up getting me a better rate, but still not the one that was promised when I drove off with the car. Then, about 20 or so days later... my bank starts calling me stating that they had not receive payment on my trade in vehicle (which the dealer gave me pay off so it should have been paid 20 days ago). I had to call the dealer and ask them the status of paying off my vehicle. They had not even submitted the payment after 20 days. MY account would have went to collections in 10 more days. So after all that, I go to pick up my tags. I had asked for the bay tags. Needless to say I didn't get them. Then, my car has an issue. The passenger window would not go up and down. No problem, I went into service and they fixed it for free. The fix worked for a few days, then the window stopped working again. This is where it gets ugly. I called the dealer and asked when I could come in to have it looked at. I was told I had to drop my car off that I could not wait for it. So I ask sales if they would cover a rental. They first told me they didn't have a rental agreement with anyone (which service told me they did). Then when i mentioned that service said they DID have rentals, they proceeded to tell me that they don't cover them for less than 3 days (so they lied to me). So I went up there to speak with them in person for one last attempt at getting them to cover my rental because I strongly feel I shouldn't have had to cover it. I was told by ANDY the manager that "If i did this for every customer I would be broke". I don't care about every customer. I am not every customer. Then I tried to explain my whole experience and he told me "I don't remember it happening that way", basically calling me a liar. He began to argue with me and I brought up poor customer service and he abruptly cut me off saying "I don't care, I'm not covering your rental". So, I drop my car with service, have them shuttle me to a rental place and I get a rental. I needed my car fixed. I wait about half an hour and finally $240 later I pull off in the rental. No sooner than I pull off in the rental, the dealer calls me. "Your car is ready, it didn't take as long as we expected". SO i went through all that BS for no reason! So i take the rental back, and call the dealer and ask for a shuttle back (service was still open). They respond by asking if they can use MY car to pick us up. They used my car to pick us up from the rental place, and we had to take the "Shuttle" driver back to the dealer. REALLY?? So that pretty much sums up the experience. As you can see, EVERY STEP of the way was horrible, and I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealer to anyone. Unless you are looking for a headache. Very very poor customer service, and they make it apparent that they only care about money. More
Since our cars were 17 years old, we started looking for new cars. We actually hit every dealership on 301 in Waldorf, Maryland to determine the dealership and car to buy from. The employees at KIA in Waldorf were not only helpful and friendly but they way they worked with us on the new car was fantastic. We were never under any pressure to buy a specific car and they let us take our time while we drove many models and decided what we wanted. JC was our sales person and he was great with answering any and all questions we had to include extras that we would like on the car. After we decided which car we wanted Andy and Chris worked with us on price and getting a car loan. Again we told them what we wanted our payments to be and they went out of their way to get that price for us. They were so fantastic that with in that month we bought two more KIAs, one for my wife and one for my daughter. Once my adult son saw the cars he decided to trade in his and bought a KIA also from the same dealership. Four cars in one month for our family tells you how wonderful this dealership is. We also have used their Service Department and we couldn't ask for a better group of people to help us. Jessica is so friendly and knows the cars extremely well. She is insightful in what problems you are having and passes this knowledge to Brian and Dale. The team in the service department go out of their way to make sure everything is fixed the first time. They even make sure that your car is cleaned inside and washed on the outside so it looks new every time you pick it up. I have highly recommended this dealership to my family and friends and they have bought cars from them also and have been extremely happy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a great car, new or used. More
I would not recommend this dealership. They were very pushy, would not let us out of there without a car. They gave us the worst trade in value for our car (a Kia). All the cars we test drove had no gas in them and were dirty. They kept talking badly about other dealerships we had visited. Not a good experience at all. More
