What Others Say

Great experience purchasing my truck with JC!! Will always come back to this dealership for any new vehicle.

I've purchased several cars from this dealership, always a good experience. Our salesman, Dawayne Jefferson was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. No bull, a straight shooter. Also like working with sales manager Chris Austin

Yes, I would recommend this dealership; but I rate it three stars. What's up with that? Let's start with the good news and move down from there. JC Rodriguez is a five-star sales person for-sure! This purchase was a cash deal on a used car based on an insurance payout. JC understood the limitations that come with that type of transaction and worked with me to make sure that I arrived prepared to make that deal. JC is also THE most patient test drive companion. I hadn't driven a standard transmission in over 30 years, and JC coached me through the test drive until I was comfortable buying that car. One star off for the price negotiation. This is the first cash deal that I've seen where the 'final price' STILL came in thousands of dollars over the cash on hand. This was an infuriating waste of time. Everyone knew it was a cash deal, but 'the game' was apparently more important to them than customer. One star off for the post-sales support. The 'Back Office' could not get me the correct title transfer paperwork to save their life. The first attempt showed no effort to even fill out the fields my DMV needed to transfer the title. This first package also contained a lien release for a completely different car (!!!). For the second attempt, I actually drove an hour to KIA of Waldorf's parent corporate office to make sure everything was filled out. It wasn't, and I had to send the clerk back up to her office to complete the paperwork. ...And it STILL WASN'T RIGHT! My DMV pointed out that the title transfer entries were inconsistent with the dealership's information. However, the DMV was sick of dealing with me; so they got a supervisor to grant an exception and sign off on the title transfer. So there it is--three stars. It's a shame, really. JC teed-up this sale so beautifully for his colleagues, and they shanked it--twice!

My experience with Bayside Kia of Waldorf was the best experience I’ve had in buying a vehicle. My sales representative Wayne Martin was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. Janet from finance was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Kia of Waldorf to family and friends.

Great service from the sales man chuck,he will get you in the vehicle you want

Just bought our second (used) car through Dawayne Jefferson after buying a new Sportage last year. Good experience both times. Bought the last one on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They worked with me on the price and ended up staying until after 9:30 p.m. to finish the deal. I took the basic financing since it was after hours, then they got me a lower rate loan the following Monday. Easy, no hassle process. Highly recommended.
