Mike Austin - very easy going and made the finance portion less stressful. I traded in a beautiful car (My Snow) the next owner will be pleased (take care of Snow) but I received a nice luxurious car (Lightning) yes (Mike Austin) I found a new name for my new car lol. However that feeling faded quickly as i soon realized that from management, to salesmen, to finance, employees were totally working together to give me the best deal possible, satisfy my needs and make this a great buying experience.I couldn't be happier with the treatment i received from this dealership. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and would certainly be a returning customer in the future.Also originally I was thinking I would have to buy used.
