Buy Your Next Car Here! I just happened to be driving past, when I saw the car I had been looking for on the lot. I pulled in and was greeted by Raymond Renfro. EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED & I GOT IT !!! MIKE AND I CONNECTED RIGHT AWAY, THE UNIVERSE PLACED HIM HERE "just for me" I didn't see anything I wanted upon walking through the lot with Mike. Best dealership in the DMV As a single woman I can tell you that I have had horrific experiences at car dealerships. So, I was anxious and ready for battle when I walked into Wa As a single woman I can tell you that I have had horrific experiences at car dealerships. So, I was anxious and ready for battle when I walked into Waldorf KIA. I expected to be bombarded with super pushy and fairly obnoxious sales reps. Instead, Bre Morey greeted me pleasantly with a genuine smile and offered to show me around the lot. Bre introduced me to her manager Jared and told him about my previous experiences with dealers. Jared shook my hand, looked me square in the eye and told me that my buying experience with them will move at my pace and promised that I would not be disrespected by anyone on their lot. They simply don't do business that way. And you know what he was right! No yelling, no arguing, everyone seemed happy to be doing their respective jobs. Bre and Jared gave me a great deal. So much so I hugged Bre and did my happy dance right there in the showroom. Next I was greeted by Chris in Finance, who has got to be the coolest finance guy I have ever met. He was straight forward and personable. He treated me the same way that he would treat any man who walked into his office (any woman who has bought a car from a less reputable place knows what I mean). Stellar service all the way around. Kudos Waldorf KIA! You just earned yourselves a family of customers for life! More

He determined what I had in mind and then showed me cars he thought would suit me. I settled on a black Sonata with lots of bells and whistles. He then helped me sync my phone, arrange my financing, and orient me to my new car. We went past his quitting time, yet he still gave me all the time I needed. I never felt rushed, pushed, or as if I were just one more sales notch on his roster. He made a stressful time enjoyable. Thanks, Jac More

Unprofessional and charged for a misdiagnosis I had an oil change done by Kia of Waldorf Service Department on a Wednesday and noticed it was leaking a significant amount of oil by Friday. I assu I had an oil change done by Kia of Waldorf Service Department on a Wednesday and noticed it was leaking a significant amount of oil by Friday. I assumed something might have been forgotten during the oil change. They were sooooo apologetic and nice initially. But they said they determined there was nothing wrong with the oil change and that oil was leaking from the crank shaft seal. They did a bunch of work including replacing the seal but it did not fix the problem. They called Kia tech support and determined it needed a new engine at 113,000 miles which is ridiculous in itself. They still wanted to charge me for at least some of the work as "their technician was not making any money". It is not my fault at all there their was a misdiagnosis and they did all that work. I take it to the mechanic to diagnose it and trust if they cant fix it I wont be charged for a broken car? I spoke to Dean on the phone and he was quite unprofessional. I stated that I did not feel I should be charged for the work because it is not my fault it was misdiagnosed and the car is broken. Some of the statements he made during the conversation were "Im Done!" and "You don't have to pay anything but we will take all of the new parts off that we put on but I cant guarantee we will have your old parts to put back on." Then I gave in and said I would pay $250 (for a car with a broken engine and a car that Kia said is worth $500 as it sat with the broken engine). Then when I call back to pay, the guy at the front desk said the bill was $398.68. I finally got my car out of there but Dean continued to refuse to honor the $250 I reluctantly agreed to pay. It was a nightmare and I strongly discourage taking your Kia there for service or even buying a Kia. More
