I initially chatted with Harry Nguyen thru their online chat feature who answered a lot of questions for me. I then spoke to Ryan in sales thru text and email and he was very helpful. Unfortunately, he was off the day I was able to come in so he had Heather Dwyer take care of me that evening and she was wonderful to deal with. I traveled over 90 miles to this dealership since they had the exact vehicle that I wanted. I kept contemplating it since it was a long trip for me since I live in PA. I am so glad that I did and I love my new (new to me!) truck! One of the Managers (Andy Thompson) even hunted around the entire dealership looking for a DVD so I could check it out in the truck. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and I am glad that I made the trip. Miss Janet in Finance is also a doll and she was very helpful in getting me financed. Ryan and Heather have both followed up to make sure that I was happy and that things were good with the vehicle.Thanks again to all involved! I will definitely pass my experience on to others :) More

Jay was very helpful as well, going back and forth many times with the credit company to get me the best deal possible. I definitely would recommend this dealership to family members and friends or acquaintances. They are willing to work with you unlike most who will write you off or try and scam you with "a good deal". More

Fantastic trade-in experience! Traded in my 10 yr old Highlander today. I'd done online research ahead of time, and decided on a Kia Sorento SX. The pickup (torque), roominess, price point, safety ratings, owner reviews, trim package, etc... were awesome, and Kia of Waldorf had a pre-owned one, with low mileage, on the lot. I emailed them to let them know I'd be bringing in my vehicle for appraisal; they quickly acknowledged they'd be waiting for me when I got there. They called me to set up a convenient time for me to come in. When I came in, I was treated like royalty! They explained how the car came to their lot (it was a leased vehicle), what they paid, about the remaining warranty, about all the bells & whistles on the trim package (to include a heated steering wheel!!), etc... Everyone there was patient and understanding, regarding all my questions and concerns. I dealt with Lauren (my salesperson), Kerry, Chris, Greg, Jay, and a slew of other wonderful people (whoever detailed the Sorento made it look and smell phenomenal!). Before I'd even left the building, I'd already received a "thank you" email from Lauren. How amazing is that? Getting the car was easy, Service is impossible. Trading my car was very easy, but the car they sold me has had nothing but problems and trying to schedule my car to get fixed has been impossible. I took me 5 calls of getting hung up on for them to tell me they can't help me. I do not recommend this dealership if you want a good warranty on your vehicle. More
