Recalls on my vehicle and needed a oil change. Kia of Bradley prides itself on platinum service but they were unwilling to help. I called two weeks in advance of my vacation needing service. Kia not able to help unless I left car overnight and Kia not willing to provide a loaner vehicle and would not give me a timeline. I have taken my car in to Kia for service five times. They sold me a 22’ K5 they told me was brand new multiple times, besides being used as a demo. Demo, meaning a manager drove this car back and forth to work. Came to find out after purchasing there was an owner before it was a demo. After previously working in a dealership, I will never personally buy a used car. If I would have known this was used I WOULD NOT have purchased the vehicle. I also had a list of issues that should’ve been fixed during a UCI (Used Car Inspection), but weren’t. THEY DID NO INSPECTION ON THIS VEHICLE! Only sent it to detail to have it cleaned up, who did an awful job. After calling and complaining and arguing multiple times, they fixed said issues on car. ( Keep in mind after 4 months I traded this K5 in at another dealer because of how troublesome it was). The salesman here also have no knowledge as to what they are selling, a GT-Line does not have a dual exhaust, and ambient lighting unless installed aftermarket (which still was not in this vehicle), thus what they were promoting when selling the car to me. Lastly, I used to work for the Mercedes/Mazda dealership on William Latham, and multiple dealerships in Bourbonnais REFUSE to work with this dealership because of how poorly ran this dealership is. Please save your time and save yourself and RUN from this dealership. Take the extra time and drive to Orland Park! More
The staff was very nice. I bought a used car and I had a problem with the brakes. I called on Saturday after the service dept. closed. I was called on Monday morning to brin I bought a used car and I had a problem with the brakes. I called on Saturday after the service dept. closed. I was called on Monday morning to bring my car in on Monday afternoon. My car was repaired the same day. The service department is great. Thanks guys. B. Hall More

Previously purchased 2 cars from here and had great service. My daughter went to purchase a car from here, after some back and forth, they came about a deal… paperwork comes, and my daughter a fresh 18 service. My daughter went to purchase a car from here, after some back and forth, they came about a deal… paperwork comes, and my daughter a fresh 18 year old, with not much credit history, but still pulling a 770 credit score, has me with her for some down payment assistance. What do you know as soon as I leave happens… a week later my daughter calls me- hey mom, my papers say my car payments due in like 2 weeks, we go up there, they tell us don’t worry about it, it’s June 1st. We get a hold of the loan servicer, to get an account number so my daughter can access the portal, and what do ya know, car payments due in 5 days! She calls the the salesman, I yell, not his fault he was misinformed, but I tell him Kia should be making her first payment for the miscommunication, he calls back, they don’t care and hang up. Amazing how customer friendly they are. Trade in numbers were wrong, down payment wasn’t right because I’m the one who paid it, and the interest rate she was charged you would’ve thought her credit score was a 310, yes my daughter should’ve paid more attention… but on top of it, for the salesman to tell my kid to call the loan company and explain to them that she just put all her money to get this car etc…. Why should she lie to them when you’re the one who lied? It’s not her? But hey as long as you got that commission in your pocket, and another cars off the lot right. I have 2 more kids about to drive one in June and one in December and twins shortly after, and I don’t care if they’re selling cars for $5, I will make sure not a single one of my next cars comes off their lot, I’d rather pay 10 times more for loyalty and honesty than deal with the crap show and lies that I encountered these past few weeks More
