Had an oil change and an alignment. Cody was helpful and pleasant. I had a $25 coupon and Cody told me I would get a 10% veteran discount. When I got home I realized they forgot to give me the veteran discount. Cody said they could not credit it to my credit card but he'd give it to me at my next visit. If possible I would appreciate the credit as it may be a year before I need to go back. Other than that it was fine. They also replaced a bad bulb in the brake light. I would not hesitate going back. Never heard from parts department on $200+ part I ordered and pre paid for. Was nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone to follow up on. No one could connect me to this department. The Kia I bought, a 2020 Sportage was told by Service that it needed 4-5 things done as I was checking on its status as had just bought it from CarMax days before. Was rechecked by Carmax and only needed just one thing done. Car had but 25,500 miles on it and your person wanted to do things not to do till 50,000 miles. More

I went in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. The service Writer Came into See me in the waiting room and told me they had to jump start engine. to get it in for service. Had no problem starting the Sportage when I Left and no problems for the past few weeks. I paid $138 for the service and got home and there was a coupon there for $79.00 for the same service I won't be returning to Delray .........kia More

I was originally referred to another Kia dealership in West Palm by the Costo Auto Program. I was never able to get a formal quote but instead was fed misinformation and told that I neeed to come in. When I contacted Kia Delray I received a formal quote promtly and they stuck too it. No funny business or misrpresentation. I was treated as an intelligent customer. Everyone was very straitforward, courteous and explained my options clearly. Kia Delray is one few auto dealers like this and I would go back there and recommnend others to try it. More
