It was not a good experience that day. A lady had an event in the ladies room that cost it to be hard to sit in the waiting room for two hours. I called the main number and talked to a young man told him we need to get air freshener immediately and he said I could come to his office and find it. I said no I will call to talk to the manager and someone must come and leave at this problem. Several people came and took care of it. My car was done washed and I left. The man that helped me was courteous and kind. But no sticker was placed in my car so I will know when to return it for the next oil change. And it has been leaking since I left. I have been out of town came back and there’s a large oil spot in my garage floor. I will be bringing the car back this week if I can get an appointment. I am concerned about the oil or whatever is leaking in my car. I’ve never had this problem before. Gentlemen, that help me that day was someone named Cory I believe. More

I’ve been to the service center two times since leasing my car. However, I’ve called multiple times. Majority of the times that I call it seems that the person that I’m speaking to doesn’t have the correct my car. However, I’ve called multiple times. Majority of the times that I call it seems that the person that I’m speaking to doesn’t have the correct information. There have been multiple times where they’ve told me to call back and when I do, no one is available or they told me I’m calling on the wrong day to be able to get that answer. In June, I put in an order for parts to be fixed on my vehicle and they told me it should come in about two weeks. It is December now and the parts still hasn’t arrived. They told me it was back ordered and every time I called no one had a specific answer for me. Because it’s a lease And it’s a piece that’s been dangling off of my vehicle. I asked them if there was anything they can do. They told me no. They had to wait till the part came in. I had to take it upon myself to glue the piece back to my vehicle. I called to make sure that was something I was allowed to do. I had to call three times to get an answer. It has been an overall frustrating experience. Even scheduling my first appointment took about a month which seem crazy to me. I will say when I work with someone, they are a least nice. More
Cody in service was very professional with my scheduled service appointment. The multipoint check was done but no report was given at payment. Free car wash was a nice touch but wipe down could have been b service appointment. The multipoint check was done but no report was given at payment.
