When the prior owners managed this dealership it was fantastic. Wow have things changed. The service department has gone way downhill. It too a week to tell me that my transmission fluid was low. Communication from the service advisors was so poor that we drove 40 minutes to Kia Delray to find out what was going on. I don’t know about the sales department, but service has a lot to be desired.
