Ivan Saintil, was our sales associate. He was professional and knowledgeable as well as very patient. He did not pressure us to purchase or lease a vehicle. He answered all our questions and also asked us questions to be sure the Sorento met our needs. He contacted us after a few days to be sure we were satisfied with our vehicle. We returned to the dealership and Ivan showed us a few of the features/ functions that we had questions about in our vehicle. He scheduled our first maintenance service. Andy Smith was our finance person. He was professional and explained all of the details and options with clear language that we could understand. He also said he was available for any other questions or concerns that might arise. We had a very personalized experience. More

Because they want to keep their customers, they want to treat you right, they are all smiles and so helpful and so pleasant. Every single person that works in this building, in sales and service. I never write Google reviews (literally never) but after visiting literally 15 different dealerships looking at new and used cars, this dealership Kia Delray was outstandingly nice to me and went out of their way to make me feel like I was a valued customer and I had worth.
