She was friendly and welcoming, we hit it I have visited the dealership twice. Kristie Fudge was the first person I met in the service department. She was friendly and welcoming, we hit it off great. She helped me understand exactly what was going on with my first service order on my 2015 Kia Soul. I was out in about 1 & 1/2 hrs, which I was pleasantly surprised. I came back for my second service and I was way too early for it to be done. Kristie recognized that and said I should come back in about another 1000 miles. Very refreshing to me - some people would have just let me have the service done and pay, when it was not necessary yet. Thank you for people like Kristie. I will be back. More

So I did what I normally do…prayed and trusted my Heavenly Father to care for me as only he can! Then I walked into Delray believing God was in control and would lead me to the very person he wanted me to connect with; and of course that was Mitch! I am very thankful for Mitch, because he was indeed that person that you can trust, who is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Mitch was kind and honest, not trying to press me into something I did not need or want. His follow-up was consistent and I felt well cared for as his customer. Actually, he created more of an environment of friendship that went beyond just customer and transaction. I thank the Lord for Mitch and my experience at Kia Delray. More
