I wanted to trade in my mom's 01 Mercedes. Looked on line an in parking lots, and the Kia Soul really appealed to me, I went to look at the car in person, WOW!! The price the manager Mike quoted on the phone was the price I paid. I was valued as their only customer. A pleasant experience, clean well organized location. No pressure to buy nor hidden tricks or tactics. The same manager I spoke with on the phone was the manager that closed the deal. Unlike the dealer in Miami Lakes were I was approached by 5 different managers, each changing the appeal of the transaction and increasing the price. The Dealer in Hollywood never bothered to contact me back, and the Dealer in Plantation on 441 were simply too greedy Best of all only dealer in a 100 mile radius that had the car I wanted since they have almost all variations of vehicles in any color!!!! Will gladly take the 60 plus drive again More
Neil Kaplan is a consumate professional. He not only answered all my questions, he never made me feel rushed or pressured which is why I went back to him. On July 4th 2013 my husband and I went to look at another Sorrento that we had seen on the lot but our financing wasn't 100 %. Both Anthony and Jesus managed to get us into a brand new 2013 optima and I fell in love. The service there is bar none. Also, Steve the service guy is very knowledgeable of his department and I feel comfortable going in every time to get my car serviced because I know it will get taken care of. I've been to other dealerships and no one has cared enough to make us feel comfortable about purchasing a vehicle. Would recommend to my friends for sure. More
By far one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Car was advertised at $9000. After contacting the dealer and discussing an out the door price they quoted of $10,000, they reneged on the deal with. Car was advertised at $9000. After contacting the dealer and discussing an out the door price they quoted of $10,000, they reneged on the deal and turned around with dealer fees of over $1500 (NOT including tax and motor vehicle fees) The only thing you can trust about this dealership is that the advertised price is only there as a way to lure you in. So frustrated by my experience with Kia of Delray Beach, Fl. I bought a brand new Kia Sportage a month ago and I still don't have my car! We completed the entire sale process and I was so happy to get my ne Fl. I bought a brand new Kia Sportage a month ago and I still don't have my car! We completed the entire sale process and I was so happy to get my new car and it came in with a broken BlueTooth microphone and a large paint chip in the driver's door. No problem - things happen. I brought it back for service to have these things fixed. Had to come back three times before they would see me, despite talking to my salesman in advance that I was coming - and I live a 1/2 hour away and work more than full time. The service department was rude from moment one. It took forever to get someone to look at the car - they spent two minutes and said there was nothing they could do for the bluetooth. It took talking to three people, an hour and the salesman again to get them to agree to fix the bluetooth. But I would have to come back another day for the fix and to fix the paint. They said they would have to keep the car all day and did not want to provide a loaner. They told me to come by first thing in the morning to drop the car off and someone would take me to work. Called on my way and apparently they did not have time that day and had to turn around and go back. I said that I would need a loaner and they told me I would have to wait. Week later, still no loaner. Finally get a call back from my salesman who is asking me to complete the customer satisfaction survey - I explained to him why it was not done. Felt so offended that he was begging me for a survey and I did not even have my new car working yet! He finally got me a loaner and it has been several days. After following up with the service department several times and speaking to frankly rude reps, I was told the car was ready and came down on my lunch break. Got there and the paint ding was still there. Fought with the service department that there was nothing that could be done. Had to talk to the general manager and leave my car again to get it fixed. It has been a month and I still don't have my new car! This is ridiculous. It is the first time I have ever bought a brand new car and Kia has totally ruined that special experience for me. I have owned several Kia's but with this level of rude customer service as though I was bothering them to just get my car fixed, I have had enough. They have been rude, careless and flippant - as though once they sold me the car, they could not bother with me after. If this is how Kia treats their customers, I don't want to be one anymore. Will definitely not be taking it back to Kia to service. Last Kia car ever. More
