The dealership is great. My problem is with the service department. Well to be more specific my problem is with the mechanic who put an extra quart of oil.in it when I brough My problem is with the service department. I did not notice it until the next day when I filled up with gas and of course, that was time out of my day to bring it back in to make it right. Besides that my salesman James was great along with Kie and the other sales manager and Andy in finance. I even shook hands with the Gen. Manager. More
Excellent experience from start to finish. Prior to arrival I had communicated with my Salesman Troy, and the Pre owned Manager, Chris, and they made my visit seem less. Upon arrival all the documentation was prepared, the vehicle had been detailed, and I closed out my business with the Finance Manager, Andy, who again moved smoothly through the process, and explained all aspects very well indeed. Finally Troy instructed me on all aspects of the vehicle, and I was on the road in less than 3 hours, start to finish. Excellent t job by all concerned. More

They seem to be getting better then previous. I was told last few times I brought my car there that a shortage of technicians and service writers hindered faster turnaround.
