I highly recommend this dealership. Actually, I was amazed at how easy they made the process of buying a car. I began shopping for a Kia Soul+ on the internet. Courtney responded personally with my request for pricing quickly, unlike many of the other Kia dealers. We emailed back and forth several times. She never left me hanging. She located the car I wanted, we agreed on a price for new car and my trade-in. Courtney was so courteous and efficient. The process was too easy; I expected that when I actually drove to West Ashley (1 1/2 hr. drive) that I would encounter some problems with the deal. I got there and was then introduced to Elijah. I have to say, he is the most pleasant, genuine, knowledgeable sales consultant I've ever met at a car dealership. He explained everything in the car, went through the manual page by page, programmed my Bluetooth, and even had the car washed and fueled for me. There was no haggling, no pressure. And, did I mention, they brought the car in from another location (100 mi. away) before I actually put any money down. I really appreciated that. I drove some distance to buy a car because of Courtney's efficiency and a dealership that was willing to work with me. I recommend this dealership because of Courtney, Elijah, and the Management of Kia Country who obviously know to do business. Keep up the good work!! Oh, and I love my car!!! More
I would recommend this dealership to anyone. When I went there I knew I wanted a Sorento but I did not know which model I wanted. I was given all of the details of every Sorento model. They had plenty of test cars in the front of the lot when I made up my mind which model I wanted. However, I wanted to test drive the model with a different color interior to get the full effect. My salesman went to the back of the lot and went through all of the models there to find the exact car that I wanted even when the same model was up front for test driving but with the interior that I did not want. WHAT A GUY!!!!!!!!! He did everything to make my experience in purchasing my car a happy one. I love my new Sorento!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also gave me the price I was willing to pay. More

When it was time for us to replace a car, we did extensive research online and at local dealerships and determined the Kia Soul was for us. Sam called us immediately when the model we wanted was shipped to the dealership because they were selling quickly off the lot. When it came time to discuss price, we did a lot of our discussion via email and phone. Sam was straight forward and we believe our purchase was at a fair price. The car we wanted was on hand, but we preferred leather upholstery to the fabric that was already installed. Sam took us (and the new Soul) to a local shop where we were able to select the color leather we wanted and the car was reupholstered in a high quality manner in a weeks' time. Sam introduced us to others in the dealership, including the Service Manager who was also very personable and competent. We met with Elijah for pick up and found he was great to deal with as well. My husband and I were looking for a large sized vehicle for our family of 6. The KIA in our area didn't have a huge variety of Sedonas to choose from, so I called KIA of Charleston and spoke with Elijah. H for our family of 6. The KIA in our area didn't have a huge variety of Sedonas to choose from, so I called KIA of Charleston and spoke with Elijah. He was so helpful and him and his team worked dilligently and bent over backwards working with our credit issues, price range, and vehicle requirements. After dealing strictly over the phone and through email, Elijah had us approved and set aside a few options of Sedonas for us to choose from. Our family drove 3 hours to get to Charleston from where we live in Ft Stewart, GA where Elijah had arranged and paid for a hotel room for us to stay in for the night. The very next day we met Elijah at KIA of Charleston, picked out which Sedona we wanted, and within a few hours were driving home in our brand new 2012 KIA Sedona! We are so pleased with our new van and our KIA experience! We will and already have been recommending KIA of Charleston to our friends and family! More
