Frank was awesome! He spent several hours with us test driving, working with our bank, helping us make a good selection and finalizing all of the details. We went to the KIA dealership with the hopes of gettting a used car that would make us happy. This is the second vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from Kia Country and after an experience at their local competitor, we will never purchase another Kia from anyone else. Our repeat experience was met with a greeting by phone Courtney Lydecker and then followed up Elijah Tucker. Daniel, the sales manager worked hard to be in our budget and did so. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. They keep things simple and low pressure which is what anyone should want when they purchase a car. More

We purchased a 2006 Kia Sportage from Kia Country in 2006. The purchase process was one of the best I have encountered. Kia Country has done most of the significant service on our Sportage and we've b 2006. The purchase process was one of the best I have encountered. Kia Country has done most of the significant service on our Sportage and we've been totally satisfied. We live in Goose Creek, which is about 20 miles from Kia Country. Back a couple of years ago we had a front axle problem. The other Kia dealer, which is about 2 miles from our home in Goose Creek, SC, had evaluated the problem and recommended 4 new tires at about $120 each. I decided to check out another tire place and they told me there was no problem with the tires, but I had at least one bad front axle. This was confirmed at another tire store. I brought the car to Kia Country and they ordered and replaced BOTH front axles. Needless to say ... we will never again darken the door of our hometown Kia dealer. More
