I have been extremely please with my dealings with Kia Country! I live in the Columbia area and started looking at cars here. The dealerships locally did not have the color Sorento I wanted with the packa Country! I live in the Columbia area and started looking at cars here. The dealerships locally did not have the color Sorento I wanted with the packages I was looking for so I found Kia Country online. After emailing them to find out if they had the car I was looking for I recieved a response from Courtney Lydecker. Basically I wore her out for the next week with a thousand emails, questions and need for details! She located a car that was due in within in the week that was exactly what I was looking for! She was fabulous to work with, very quick to response, gathered all information for me in a timely manner, was so polite and sweet. Just a thrill to work with. Once they federal expressed the paperwork for me to sign and return with funds they had Ken Hines contact me to make arrangements to deliver my car to my home! The fee for this was nominal and saved me so much time and hassle! Ken was great. He delievered my car and explained how everything worked on the car (and there is a lot! I love it). Overall experience with this dealership was a 5. I love my car and am so happy I got what I wanted. I would drive to Charleston in the future to do business with them again! We went looking for a "first" car for one of our sons and really did not want to do the jump around from dealership to dealership.
