This guy went above and beyond what you would expect. Never did we feel pressure; the facts and making sure that we were happy with the vehicle were his primary concern. Only after we decided that we would consider the KIA did we enter into negotiations, and then the negotiations were not the typical guys in starched shirts sitting in a glass room who make the poor sales guy run back and forth while they whittle down a deal and do the "wear em down" sales technique. The price was negotiated fairly, quickly, and obviously to our satisfaction. Kudos to Elijah and the rest of the team at KIA COUNTRY. More

I bought a Kia Optima from Kia Country and I am happy with the product. I can not say the same for their service department. My wife brought our car in for an oil change and they recommended to change with the product. I can not say the same for their service department. My wife brought our car in for an oil change and they recommended to change the AC filter. They charged her a total of $40.95 ($19.00 for installation). I call them to explain I thought $19.00 was too much for labor to install a simple filter. The lady in their service department (I failed to ask for her name) said she had to pay her staff somehow and hung up the phone on me. I was thinking I might not go back there for service prior to my call. Now, I will not even considered them for purchasing cars in the future. Some people in this world still appreciate good service and Kia Country does not have good service. More
