After having been in contact with Robert, I finally visited the dealership. Robert took the time to talk to me to find out what I was looking for and what my position was. Friendly and efficient, found me the perfect car, and was a great help with financing! Sam sat in a similar car with me , 'teaching' me the voice activation system, navigation, etc. I'm still learning ,but h a great help with financing! We found one area on trim that wasn't perfect, that will be fixed next week and our first scheduled maintenance is on the books!! More

Went to dealership to sell our Kia sorento back thought it was a joke turned out not to be. Then we seen the Kia optima and fell in love with it. Ended up buying due to the salesman honesty, humor, and all it was a joke turned out not to be. Then we seen the Kia optima and fell in love with it. Ended up buying due to the salesman honesty, humor, and all around enjoyment to be around. Ken did everything to earn our business, he went as far as letting me drive my new car out of the showroom. Really enjoyed the visit and welcome feeling of all the Kia Country staff. Wasn't a pushy got to buy dealership. Go buy your new car at Kia Country and see Ken and maybe you can be like me and drive it out the dealership showroom. More

This was my last stop for the day. I had so many bad experiences at multiple dealerships before this one. I came in with a list of some needs I needed to meet before I was walking away with a car. One being that I was 21 needing to be able to sign for a car with no co-signer. I had Norm who worked with my needs and had me leaving his dealership with a new car and a huge smile. I got what I needed with GREAT Customer Service that wasn't to pushy but needed me to work with them. I couldn't have been more happy to purchase my car with them. I just recently purchased my third vehicle from Norm L'Heureux in the past 2 years and thinking about maybe my fourth very soon. Like most everyone I hate the car buying experience, but Norm takes that L'Heureux in the past 2 years and thinking about maybe my fourth very soon. We purchased the Kia Soul and my mother LOVES it! Ken was helpful and friendly in getting my mother into the right vehicle for her. Kia Country was our first stop for car shopping and we planned on going to helpful and friendly in getting my mother into the right vehicle for her. Kia Country was our first stop for car shopping and we planned on going to a few other dealerships but once Ken came out and showed my mother a few vehicles and she drove the Kia Soul-- that was it-- she found her car and didn't want to go any further. Ken made our purchase easy with his "no pressure" friendliness and actually took the time to go over the vehicles features and any questions we had. If you plan on buying a Kia, I would highly recommend stopping by Kia Country of Charleston and seeing Ken Hines. More

I came into the dealership to find a good reliable car that was good on gas to get me back and forth to school and college next year. I had visited about 6 dealerships before Kia Country and had yet to fi that was good on gas to get me back and forth to school and college next year. I had visited about 6 dealerships before Kia Country and had yet to find what I was looking for. We walked into the dealership and was greeted by Mr. Frank Classen. One of the nicest and most helpful salesmen I have met yet. He was great at answering all my questions and had no problem going on a test drive. I had been searching since about 8AM that morning and in about 45 minutes I had decided the 2013 Kia Rio was definitely the car for me. I don't know where I would be without Mr. Classen and the whole Kia crew. More
