Chelsea not only greeted me by name, but she knew what kind of car I was bringing into service after I only gave her my name. She promptly listened to my service needs, and because the repairs would take at least a day to complete she was able to afford me a loaner (nice sorento) to enable me to get back to work quickly. Her smile and personality go a long way in these times when so many are so time conscious that they forget to make eye contact, or listen to the customers needs and ensure that they are met. However, the salesman who helped us was so friendly and persuasive that he convinced us that a new car would be our best bet, given that we tend to keep our cars for a long time. The price they offered us was also very close to what we had intended to spend for a used car, so overall we were very satisfied with our deal. Our young salesman was very helpful in answering all our questions and giving us the facts about the various models. We have not regretted our decision at all- we love our new car and would definitely recommend the dealership and the Kia Soul to friends. More
