This store has a good business model of just doing the right thing for owners and taking care of customers. The sales staff was excellent and management even took care of an issue after purchase that I AM SURE the local competitor would have told me tough luck on. Today while waiting on an oil change I heard three different conversations with advisors telling customers they DIDNT need a service or tires yet! Honestly could not have had a better buying experience! We found out Monday that our almost paid off Sorento needed a new engine - to the tune of $5500 (on a car we owed a little under $8000 on). Husband said go see about trading in the old car and getting a new one. So we did the financial application on line that night. The next morning, I got a friendly call from Mike. He went over everything necessary and I told him I would be in that afternoon. Tim LeRay greeted me in the pouring rain with an umbrella and an escort in the building. Jason Leming worked through all of my "asks" and "needs" and made the vehicle and payment work for US!! Tim LeRay walked us through the process and was very reassuring that they would do everything they could to get us into a dependable car! Jeremy Wilson was great to work with in the final phase (paper signing). Literally from start to finish - we could not be any more pleased with our experience AND with our 2017 OPTIMA!!!
