4th kia I've purchased here. Last month my husband surprised me with a new Kia Sedona for Mother's day. Charles Davis was in on it and sold the van to my hubby. 3 weeks later, m Last month my husband surprised me with a new Kia Sedona for Mother's day. Charles Davis was in on it and sold the van to my hubby. 3 weeks later, my husband passed away suddenly. Not only did Charles Davis get the Kia staff to sign a card, he personally delivered flowers to my home and visited with me. I realized that I couldn't afford the van by myself, so I went back to Charles and bought a used, certified Optima! I'm overwhelmed by the kindness, understanding, and personal integrity that I experienced. And I sure do love my new car! What other dealership anywhere would go so far out of their way to do what these guys did? Not many, I'm sure! More

Awesome Dealership!!! One of my most hated activities is car shopping. But I have to say, Kia Country of Charleston in West Ashley totally turned me around. I'm a big res One of my most hated activities is car shopping. But I have to say, Kia Country of Charleston in West Ashley totally turned me around. I'm a big researcher, and come armed with a ton of questions. We had some very specific needs, so shopped a lot of dealerships. And we kept coming back to Kia. The reason? Partly due to the range of cars/SUVs available in the line-up, the safety ratings, the awards that Kia has one, the warranty, and the quality for the price. However, the main reason we returned after our first visit was our Sales Consultant Charles Davis. Awesome guy whose aim it's clear is to provide you with the info. you need to make the best decision possible, and who is a totally "no pressure" guy. Had there been one ounce of "sales speak" or pressure, we would have been out of there in a second. Charles was very, very patient and helpful, and spent a LOT of time with us. We decided to lease, as I like getting a new car every 3 years, not having to worry about breaking down in an older car, getting updated features, and more car for the money. When it came time to the dreaded negotiations, they turned out to be very pleasant. The manager (Brian) was extremely cordial, helpful, and most of all fair. I did my research, and I know we got a good deal. The Finance Dept was also super easy to deal with. I worried when I saw the stack of paperwork, but we were in an out in about 5 min. Totally painless. The dealerships also has a great "Owner's Edge" program with free lifetime car washes, brakes and loaner cars, one year of free oil and filter changes, free emergency roadside assistance (we get to cancel our pricey AAA!), and a whole bunch of other things. They clearly value their customers. Once we met Charles and got a taste of customer-friendly the dealership was, we knew we would end up buying a Kia and never looked back. Kia Country of Charleston, Charles and Brian are head and shoulders above any other dealerships we have ever been to. We are very happy customers and LOVE our new Kia Soul. Check them out (and tell Charles Debbie and Alan sent you!). You'll be SO glad you did. More

Helped me quickly. I was recently hit from behind in an accident and had my car totaled. I needed a reliable used car at a good price and I needed it quickly. Wendy, Michael, and Jeremy handled my situation and in a couple of hours I drove home in my new (used) car. I was even able to get it in my favorite color. Everyone was courteous and helpful and Jeremy got the financial paperwork done in record time. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this dealership when they are in the market for a car. More

In a healing mode with this dealership I used them for all service even air filters since 2008. My low rating is due to twice on 2 different vehicles charging me for tire rotations that nev I used them for all service even air filters since 2008. They admitted to the . accusations . So I arrived at 1230 for a 1pm appointment. Got the car back at 305pm. 2 hrs for a tire rotation...install wheel locks... mount a tire?? I saw customers coming in after me and leaving before me I guess they don't want to put the smile on my face. On my new car purchase last year I could not reach the salesman after the sale. I have never received a satisfaction survey from Kia in the last two vehicles purchased or any services. They say my email address was left out of their system. I can tell you they had the address before I signed for the new cars. They wrote me a lot. Seems like survey suppression. Bought an suv in 2008 and that place was great. The service dept has always outshine the sales dept. So I shall return for service when due and see how it goes and see how it goes. They are on probation for now. They have always had the best mechanics. More
