A Great Dealer Experience Under Trying Circumstances When I first visited Kia Country a little over a year ago, I had no intention of buying a car: I was just gathering information. Elijah Tucker met me at the door and offered to help. Less than an hour later with no pressure tactics, I left with a proposal to take home and consider: a great 2016 Optima at a good price and easy financing. After discussing it with my wife, I decided to go for it. It was a great decision: that Optima was a fantastic car in every respect. Fast forward to 9/11/2017. Hurricane Irma brought flood waters raging through my garage. The insurance adjuster said my beautiful car was a total loss. Even with my attempts to dry it out as soon as the water receded the salt water would, they said, cause inumerable problems in the months ahead. I picked up the phone and called Elijah. He and the team at Kia Country put me in the exact car that I wanted (the 2018 Optima is even better!) the very next day at a fair price with no hassle. They not only didn't take advantage of my desperate situation, they threw in some extra help from Kia: an additional $750 of Hurricane Irma Relief Cash.
