600 miles for the best deal! I own a business in Tupelo Mississippi. We make home and business calls all over North Mississippi. We recently added a new tech and needed a vehicle I own a business in Tupelo Mississippi. We make home and business calls all over North Mississippi. We recently added a new tech and needed a vehicle that was up for the task. I was looking for a Nissan Cube, so I started my search. I found 10 across the southeast that met my criteria. After researching all the options, I came back to KIA Country in Charleston, SC. For the model and trim level, they had the best price. I called the location and was greeted by a very nice young lady Megan Demaree. I explained to her what I needed. She was very prompt in answering all my questions and concerns. We continued to correspond via email. I applied online, and they set everything up for me. I flew down to Charleston and the coolest part is they picked me up at the airport. I get to the dealership and within 30 minutes we signed the paperwork and I’m ready for my 9 hour trip home. Big shout out to Mike Brand and Dave Knight. More

After car shopping at 7 different dealerships, dealing with numerous pushy salesmen, and dealerships that did not care for my needs, I knew exactly wh After car shopping at 7 different dealerships, dealing with numerous pushy salesmen, and dealerships that did not care for my needs, I knew exactly where I needed to go. That was Kia Country of Charleston in West Ashley, a place that I had met a great salesman Lance a year prior car shopping. Lance at Kia in West Ashely is truly a remarkable person. He genuinely cares about what your needs are, and puts YOU first without question. I remember last year when we met. Lance’s exact words to me were, “I don’t care about the sale as much as I care about you leaving here with a great experience. With or without a car, I want you to feel comfortable with your purchase whether it is with me or someone else.” Lance meant that, and that is what prompted me to give him a call one year. After giving him a call, Lance remembered my scenario with him a year before and told me to come in at my convenience. The next day my fiancé and I drove down to the dealership where we were instantly greeted with a warm smile and handshake. It was INSTANTLY comfortable. After test-driving the newest model of the Kia Optima that I have driven last year, I THAT was my car. I felt safe in the vehicle and loved all of the newest features for my own protection in it. Lance went over every feature with me from top to bottom as I requested, and even spent extra time setting up my navigation and personal settings. After signing for my Kia, I was ready to drive it off the lot as soon as possible but had to finish up paperwork. To my surprise the paperwork process was relatively fast, and before I knew it I was sitting in my new ready to go! Lance walked me out to my new purchase and told me to call him with any questions at all. With a warm goodbye I drove off the lot happy as could be.
