Great Product/Great Service The car that we have owned and loved for over 8 years finally got to the point that putting more money into repairs was not a wise idea. We looked at several different dealers and models of cars. We were very impressed with the customer service from the phone calls we made prior to going to the dealership, to the delivery service provided to help us set up all the accessories. Adam in management, Brandon in sales and Jeremy in finance all helped us to make a good decision about a new car vs used, lease vs buy, and finally a car in our budget. We are super happy with our new 2019 Optima with many safety features, and the exceptional service given to us especially by Brandon and Adam. Goes all out We bought a Kia back in February that was a used vehicle. We did not have a very good experience with it and expressed our displeasure. When Kia Count We bought a Kia back in February that was a used vehicle. We did not have a very good experience with it and expressed our displeasure. When Kia Country found out, they immediately went into action and I was told to contact Adam. Adam immediately started to see what he could do to get us out of the vehicle we were in and into a better Sorento. He spent countless hours trying to find us financing and finally he did. He was able to get us into a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento with very acceptable payments. I can not thank Adam and his team for their outstanding customer service.
