You brought your car in without an appointment and were told at that time that we were fully booked for over a week and would not be able to look at your car until then. Once we diagnosed the problem, we had to work with a 3rd party warranty provider to obtain authorization. Our Assistant Service Manager, Tim Cooley has kept you updated every step of the way. Due to the difficulty and expertise required, major repairs are performed solely by one of our Certified Master Technicians. We currently have a backlog of major repairs and there are still other customers scheduled ahead of you. We understand your frustration but hope that you can understand that we must follow protocols and serve customers in the order work was received.
