We drove up to North Fulton Kia Georgia just to buy pre-owned Acura ZDX. I was impressed with his honesty, and for giving me the information I needed to make a decision of trading, as opposed to selling privately. I had no intension on stopping in the a dealership but I'm glad I did. I was impressed with the customer service in the store, everyone greeted me. All that Ed shared made lots of sense. He convinced me I would save lots of time as well as get the best value on my trade in. More
Mr.Jenkins was very detailed, and seemed to really be knowledgeable of the products and services offered by Kia. I really liked the fact, he himself has the very car that I am interested in getting. He listened, and was patient as I asked questions. I didn't feel like he was necessarily selling a car, I felt I was being sold on the experience of having the car. Even though I am not quite ready to purchase at this time, Mr. Jenkins made my visit pleasant, and was not pushy. He was tactful, and very diplomatic as I expressed my objections. I appreciated the fact that he didn't bash the other car that I am interested in, which is a ford focus. If I decide that Kia is the car for me, I will be back to see Mr. Jenkins! We went in to find a used van for our family and they only showed us two different options. We choose one we liked due to the price and mileage and we were told it was in our exact price range. When we went to go draw up the papers all of a sudden there was a $4,000 price raise because they "had it wrong in the computer." So we said that it would not work and were getting ready to leave. The manager later came out and told us that they just purchased a KIA van from a private dealer. This was only after waiting 5 1/2 hours for them to figure out what was going on with the previous one in the computer. Our sales man had no idea what was going on and did not know what he was doing. He was new, but very under trained and actually had someone shadowing him to learn which is absurd because he did not know what he was doing. We were told the van that they found on their lot was right for us but we could not get the keys to look on the inside or drive it because the keys were in "service" and service left at 4. We were there at 10am. We choose that van because it was the exact same as the previous that we choose except gold instead of maroon and supposedly had only 8,000 miles on it. We were told we could not actually drive it home that day because the service people had gone home but we could come back on Monday to pick it up. We then spent the next 3 hours filling out paperwork. I have never been asked the same questions so many times. And then dealing with the finance director was like dealing with scrooge. He acted like it was a waste of his time and that I should of felt privileged to even be speaking to such a man as him. We left around 7:45pm after being there for 9 hours and 45 mins without our car we purchased.They told me that as soon as I got there Monday I could drop off the loaner van they gave me (the maroon one we first tried to purchase LOL) and everything on the gold van would be certified and cleaned for me to drive off in. Monday night after I got off work, I drove back to the Roswell North Fulton KIA dealership and that was far from the case. They had done ZERO work on the car. I had to wait another 2 1/2 hours and then come to find off they were off by 5,000 miles in their computer on this van, So now the van I purchased had 14,000 miles on it instead of 8,000. So we had to re do ALL of the paperwork and our warranty. I have never had such an awful experience purchasing a car. I felt like a bother to the workers there and that we were very unwanted. Nothing was correct on anything they told us. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Something needs to be done regarding the employees, and how business is done there. More
