I had a check engine light on and was greeted with a warm smile and Mike told me not to worry. They gave me a ride home, then called me a couple hours later telling me that they would have to keep the car ov smile and Mike told me not to worry. They gave me a ride home, then called me a couple hours later telling me that they would have to keep the car overnight and did I need a car to use. I said no I have one. The next day they called me around lunch and said I had a faulty part and they were in the process of repairing the car now. I said great. They called me later on letting me know the car was repaired and did I need a ride to pick it up. Fantastic customer service. Thank you very much!!!! More
Terrible! We brought my grandson's Soul in for repair.They said they would look at it. My grandson sat there all morning. We left it , 2 days later still no response. He works, (2 jobs) so I loane repair.They said they would look at it. My grandson sat there all morning. We left it , 2 days later still no response. He works, (2 jobs) so I loaned him my car. This left me with no car. I am a 68 year old retired teacher, and my husband is in a nursing home. I cannot afford another car. This is a hardworking teenager! This happened before and they kept the car for months. We criticize teens, why can't we help them? Don't go here!!! More

First time I did business with Kia Autosports in Pensacola in 2021 they did an oil change and did not tighten the drain plug. I lost a good bit of oil on the way home and the rest drained out on my Pensacola in 2021 they did an oil change and did not tighten the drain plug. I lost a good bit of oil on the way home and the rest drained out on my garage floor. They sent a mechanic out to tighten the drain plug and refill the oil and clean up the mess however no one from management ever contacted me to apologize. Second time I had to do business with Kia auto sport of Pensacola was for a recall on an electrical component. The first available date to come in was a month and a half from the time I called to schedule the repair. When I came for my appointment I waited two hours and then I was told they did not have the part and I would have to come back. When I came back the second time it took 30 minutes before they brought the car into the shop and then another hour to complete the work. Again, no apologies from management or offer to compensate me for my time waisted for their incompetence. More

I get no calls regarding my vehicle, I have to call. I got a rental on my own, even though I heard them offering loaner vehicles to many other individuals. I called and asked, when it might be ready and was told, maybe at the end of next week, they have had it since 3/8. I asked is there anything you can do, this is a lot of money out of my pocket for a rental, I was very upset. I was told no, we can’t help. I can’t afford to continue paying for a rental, but I have to work. I am at a loss, I have never had this bad of customer service. I bought my car brand new from them, I will not be doing that again. I will let everyone know how badly I have been treated. I thought this place strives for exceptional customer service, but I guess that is only if you are putting money in their pockets. More

Chris at the front desk was rude, told me, “you’re just going to have to wait” while he was typing away on the computer. He ignored me for about five minutes, but looked up at several people walking by and spoke to them. I was the only one standing at the desk and he continued to ignore me. Then, he told me I didn’t have an appointment after I stood up there for ten minutes. When I started to complain, he walked off and continued to refuse to acknowledge me. I really hate that I am stuck coming here. I won’t make the same mistake again. Terrible service! More

I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with how they treated a customer! Not to mention KELLY PORTO the one in charge of my fiancé’s car was beyond rude! Beware of this dealership!!! I would give absolutely no stars if I was able too. I’ll make sure nobody I know comes to this dealership ever. More
