I am. sitting in the service center furious at how I was treated today. When I bought my bread new Kia Niro, I was told rhat if I had all my oil changes an sitting in the service center furious at how I was treated today. When I bought my bread new Kia Niro, I was told rhat if I had all my oil changes and tire rotations at Kia I would get new tires when these wore out. I did this religiously every 5K miles. Now that they need replacing I am being told rhat I had to do aligents and a lot of other things that they never told me about nor mentioned every time I came in to have service done. Do not trust or believe anything this dealer says. I had a gut feeling gnthat they wouldn't hold their end of the deal, and I was right. More
Poor communication and customer service. Wasted my time , only to find out they were going to charge me for what was said to be a “free” service. Very poor service advisors . I purchased a 2021 K5 in March of last year. Everything was great until I took it in for routine service in June of this year. They left my oil plug loose and the car lost all oil while on the i Everything was great until I took it in for routine service in June of this year. They left my oil plug loose and the car lost all oil while on the interstate. Randy (Service Manager) had the car towed in and they worked on it immediately. I picked the car up and thought things were okay until I noticed the car making odd noises and puffing black smoke. It jerked forward while I was driving so I decided to take it back to Kia. They called me to pick it up and when I asked what they did to fix it, they said they just cleaned the oil off of it. I asked to be traded out of the car. I was not comfortable driving it and had no confidence in the service department at that point. I picked up my new K5 on July 12th and on July 28th the car would turn on but the engine would not start. We had the battery checked, just in case, and it was fine. Randy had it towed in on Friday the 29th and assured me it would be handled quickly. I stopped getting updates from him, which was unusual, so I finally called the store that Monday. I was informed that Randy no longer worked there and that they couldn't look at my car for 1-2 weeks. I asked to have whoever took over for Randy to call me. I have called several times since then and left messages, but I still have not had anyone call me back. Any information I have received has been when I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone for the service department. I have no update on my car. I don't know when I will even get it back. They have now had the car in the shop longer than I have owned it. I fully understand that things happen but the way they handle issues is absolutely pathetic. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. More
We had a code that came on the car and so we took it to KIA Pensacola to service manager Randy Brooks and he said to leave our car and they would check it out and let us know and it might take a few weeks, KIA Pensacola to service manager Randy Brooks and he said to leave our car and they would check it out and let us know and it might take a few weeks, but we got a call in 4 days that it was ready to pick up and they fixed it and they washed my car too and it was a wonderful experience!!! I will always do my business with KIA in Pensacola because they get to you way before everyone else and I live almost 3 hours away and I passed a lot of car lots to get to this place but they’ve been great to us with everything. More

I visited the dealership early one morning to check alignment on my Kia Soul and Annie was my technical advisor. She was very patient and proceeded to gather information so a mechanic could assess the alignment on my Kia Soul and Annie was my technical advisor. She was very patient and proceeded to gather information so a mechanic could assess the issue. Annie was professional and greeted me. I did wait long for the job to get done.
