I've been trying for several months to get a service appointment since I was told I had to use them to keep my warranty. I have tried over 100 times (no exaggeration) to get someone to call me back. App appointment since I was told I had to use them to keep my warranty. I have tried over 100 times (no exaggeration) to get someone to call me back. App, phone, website, chat, email...nothing works. I am now resorting to finding Kia service centers in other cities to see if I'm important enough to them to have me a customer. More
As always, Cody did a fantastic job on managing my last two service visits. He communicated the needs/options for service and the completion of work. I am extremely pleased with Kia autosport in Pensacola. They are very good with making an appointment, keeping me informed about what is going on with the service. The waiting area is very nice, good Tv, They are very good with making an appointment, keeping me informed about what is going on with the service. Bought a used car about a year ago and have had multiple service appointments with this dealership. They are professional, polite, keep their timelines, and are transparent about costs. Cody did an excellent job in answering my questions regarding Kia recall events impacting my vehicle. He went above and beyond the level of service that I have previously experienced with other Servic regarding Kia recall events impacting my vehicle. He went above and beyond the level of service that I have previously experienced with other Service Advisors at this dealership. He appears to be relatively new to the dealership so I hope he doesn't get jaded and indifferent like the rest of the service staff. More

previously my rating would have been very good, but not today, awful today.Bailey was in charge of servicing my recall back in July. Kia engineering had to be consulted, he was to get back to me, he never today, awful today.Bailey was in charge of servicing my recall back in July. Finally i spoke with Bailey Mon august 19 and agreed to bring my car back in August 20 which i did. i told Bailey i had been very patient. today August 21 no word from Bailey, he is not there, once again Robin left a message for manager Morgan, no phone call. i left a voice mail for i believe Hays, no phone call. I took my car in 6/25/24 for 2 recalls and a vibration in the front end also a ripple over the passengers front door. Was told by Cody after 2 hours and my car being set outside for me that I needed to have the front end also a ripple over the passengers front door. Was told by Cody after 2 hours and my car being set outside for me that I needed to have front breaks and rotors resurfaced and that I needed an alignment. After he told me all of this the total was $600. or so I did tell him I would go elsewhere due to the fact it was already out of the bay so they had no intention of actually doing the work. The rotors were replaced at 20k as a warranty because they were warped so bad all work done at Kia Autosport Pensacola. They only lasted 20k miles seems low on miles to be warped again. The ripple over the door is a factory defect as per Cody and I would need to take it to a body shop but it would not be covered I would be responsible for paying for it. The only reason we continue to use Kia Autosport was for the service and because of Neil Patel, but I guess we do not receive the same service now. Might as well us Step One in FWB. More
