You strive for timely and effective communication? I reached out to you, personally, a week ago. Took me 3 minutes to get an appointment with the Kia service center in Ft Walton Beach. I'll have to drive an hour there and back but at least I got an appointment.

The audacity continues. You see here that I got an appointment at another location. I get a call today to confirm an appointment at your dealership for Monday that neither I nor my husband made. Did you honestly expect me to to take off from work to honor that appointment when you've shown me no respect?

Not really sure why we continue to purchase Kia's if the warranties just ran out or oh this is not covered. This is the first car ( kia) that i have ever had issues with thr rotors. Car has 40k and already on its second set of rotors. The next ones i put on it will be 3 sets Oh yeah these i will pay for, really unhappy about this whole situation. But i am sure nothing will be done. So no more Kia's after this one.
