My 2014 Soul Broke My soul broke down on Monday night. I called Kia Service and they arranged for a tow truck to come get and tow my Soul to Kia Autosport of Pensacola. First thing Tuesday morning I got a call fro Jeffriey to tell me that the fuel pump broke and a new one was ordered from Georgia. Jeffrey arranged for me to pick up a rental car from Enterprise and assured me that everything was fully covered by my Kia Warranty. I knew the sales and service at Kia Autosport of Pensacola was good, now I know that I am protected in case of a serious problem like this. I am very happy with Kia Autosport and Jeffrey. More

Kia... Get one, I did. I did not go to the dealership to buy a car, I was actually having work done on my radio. Then I saw a 2016 kia, and spoke with Demarcus Horne. There was no pressure at all to buy a new car from Demarcus. He just answered my questions and helped me neatly slide into this beautiful new "Soul."
