Kia Soul 2016 Rebate Ripoff I recently went into the Kia dealership in Pensacola to look at a Kia Soul 2016 for sale. After a test drive, I asked about the suggested sale price I recently went into the Kia dealership in Pensacola to look at a Kia Soul 2016 for sale. After a test drive, I asked about the suggested sale price of $26,670.00. I advised the dealer that the Truecar price valued it at $23,022.00. The dealer agreed that they would go with this price. I also was entitled to rebates of $2,150.00 ($1000 for financing with Kia and $1,150 for military discount. I was rushed through the financing paperwork and later found out they charged me a total of $25,162.00 for the price of the car before adding all of the service charges and taxes, etc., The rebates were subtracted at the bottom of the contract. They added the rebates to the price of the car total $25,162.00 and removed them at the bottom. I feel like a fool and wish my husband was with me at time of purchase. I really only got the Truecar price but not the rebates. Ripoff! More

Or KIA MOTORS AMERICA You could be putting you and your familys life at risk if you do! Our vehicle was just purchased from KIA OF PENSACOLA less than 60 days ago and they used either very old tires on them or retreaded our tow truck driver and the nice people of pep boys told us that something isn't right with them. It must have have been there used tires from the tires for life campaign! The dealer just brushes you off They will ignore you and talk down to you and make you feel like your to blame! There owner will not return phone calls or emails but she will be happy to see you in a KIA when you are there! The dealer doesn't want to take any responsibility for selling a vehicle that wasnt inspected properly We had a tire blow out! Just imagine the danger and damage this caused!! SHOP WISE GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALER!!! More

He never once try to sell me on anything, he gave me my options and allowed me a couple days to make my decision and even though it was to wait (they were 1000 cheaper than my own mechanic btw) he had no problem with that. Was explained how everything worked. I'm coming from a BMW 3 series with all the upgrades so I was looking for something comparable. The Optima far Exceeded my expectations. My salesperson Demarcus Horne knew everything about the car and I had a great test drive. He and the brand sold me on the car. The finance team made it work and my car was driven off the showroom floor. I'm very proud to be driving an Optima and it's a sporty and great performing car. More
Best Customer Service / Purchase Experience EVER Demarcus, Kenny, Bob, and so many more deserve the highest praises. My husband was in need of a new truck and with our limited credit and funds, thing Demarcus, Kenny, Bob, and so many more deserve the highest praises. My husband was in need of a new truck and with our limited credit and funds, things were not looking so great. We stopped at Kia, where my husband fell in love with one of their used vehicles (2012 TOYT Tacoma, only 30K miles). Even with my father's amazing credit, we were afraid it would be over our budget. Demarcus, Kenny and Bob all worked diligently to get the monthly payments to an affordable level and even performed a minor miracle with the Credit Union for us, keeping my dad happy and my husband ecstatic. I will definitely be going back for my next car. The most amazing part of all of this.....the kindness, understanding and true commitment from the Kia staff when it came to working with us. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. More

After 3 days of back and forth and test driving multiple vehicles from a few different brands it was clear that Kia was overall the best. Demarcus Horne was incredibly patient, not pushy at all and willing to work with us to make the best choice. And my wife rolled out, in her new Sorento Saturday afternoon.
