Amazing! I honestly never though that I would drive a Kia, but I was out looking for my very own vehicle when I saw a Kia that I really liked so I decided to p I honestly never though that I would drive a Kia, but I was out looking for my very own vehicle when I saw a Kia that I really liked so I decided to put in an application on the Kia Website. Within minutes I received a call and from then on I was in wonderful hands. I'm only 19 so I was very scared going into this whole process, but it was way better than I ever expected it to be. The first person who we talked to was Michelle. She was so wonderful and nice on the phone. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Neil. He was very nice and wonderful as well. I've gotten so many compliments on my car already and I'm so glad that I decided to go with the Kia Forte. Thank you guys so much!!! More

Horrible service I came in today to get my tire changed. After an hr went by I was informed that my rim was slightly dented and that's what caused the pimple in my tir I came in today to get my tire changed. After an hr went by I was informed that my rim was slightly dented and that's what caused the pimple in my tire so I'd need a new rim too. I told the service lady I was not able to replace the rim today ( for $233) and I would get it from my father for cheaper another day & to go ahead and put the new tire on. An hr later she says I'm ready to go & they put the car in my truck. I waited 2 hrs for them to put a tire in my truck. When I spoke to a manager about this he seemed unbothered by it, all he could offer me was an I'm sorry. This is not the first problem I've had with this dealership, but it will be the last. Neil the only employee worth dealing with here, he works in sales and genuinely cares for his customers & helping them. I wish Neil worked in service too cause they need his approach to things. More
