I've been a Soul owner for 8 yrs, racked up lots of memories in the many miles I put on it, so when it died in Pensacola (2hrs from home) I needed a new car and was happy with my old Soul. Donald was all patience, no pressure. He worked with me over a few days while I made arrangements. He answered all questions promptly, called back when promised and didn't hassle me otherwise. Even knowing I was looking elsewhere also he was nothing but courteous, friendly and professional. We ended with a fair deal, and I drove away as a new/renewed satisfied Soul owner. Thanks Donald! The service department has improved some (was terrible in 2016) but can continue to improve. 2016-17 They usually don't call when vehicle is done and always turn your lights to off instead to auto or what you have them on when serviced. I have twice driven at night with lights off until I noticed. 2016- They have said they did a service - rotate tires and didn't. They call me and set up service and when I arrived they said it had already been done before I bought the car. Service area is my only issue, it has improved and can improve more. More
